Like many young artists, Villena held the belief that attaining hyperrealism was essential to his artistic pursuits. In 2015, when he just turned 16 years old, he wholeheartedly committed himself to creating a collection of hyper realistic graphite portraits within the span of a mere week, creating one artwork a day.
